We have one main goal: To create the ultimate burrito using the best of Irish produce while using traditional Mexican techniques.
At Burritos & Blues Fresh Mexican Grill, what you see is what you get. All our food is prepared in front of you while you wait, using the best quality, fresh-from-the-market ingredients prepared daily. Wherever possible, we use only Irish produce.
All meat is 100% certified Irish and is never frozen or reheated. We slow cook our pork for hours until it’s pull-apart tender. Our juicy, succulent steak and tender chicken is marinated in a blend of chillies and secret spices overnight before being grilled to perfection according to demand, each day.
Three-times a day, we create our famous Burritos & Blues Guacamole from mashed avocados and all of our salsas are prepared in-house from scratch. Finally, our Mexican Spiced Rice is put on the stove and cooked gently for 3 - 4 hours.
All of these tasty elements get rolled together to make an unbelievable burrito. As we say: Usually when you roll something this good, its illegal!!

Stayed in Dublin for 3 nights, every night ended up here. They serve Desperadoes!!! No better way to finish off the night. Food was so good and served quickly. Would highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere in Burritos and Blues is very chilled - it's always busy, but not too busy. And I particularly enjoy the funky music. But the most important thing - the food. The burritos are absolutely delicious - very, very good value and consistently good.

Walk-ins are welcome any time and we’ve got plenty of space for groups and kids. We do offer take-out and accept both cash and cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Everyone’s got a favourite food. What gets our mouths’ watering is Mexican food. We love the stuff and the Burritos & Blues story is the beginning of this love affair with Mexican food!
The Burritos & Blues story begins in Ranelagh, Dublin in 2004 when the first ever casual burrito bar opened in Ireland. The original Burritos & Blues closed its doors in 2006 and the giant lay sleeping until 2010 when it reopened in its current form on Wexford Street, Dublin 2. Since then we’ve opened another restaurant in Dublin (IFSC Dublin 1) and one in Cork City (9 Paul Street).
